For the report SafeWise reviews the most recent FBI Crime Report statistics, along with population data for every community in Iowa with a population of more than 3,000 residents. The report evaluates the number of violent crimes (aggravated assault, murder, rape and robbery) and property crimes (burglary, arson, larceny-theft and motor vehicle theft.) — West Liberty Index
