• Kerry Lee Fleming made an initial appearance on a parole violation charge, a sex offender registry violation-second offense and an assault causing bodily injury. Jeff Hazen is appointed counsel on the parole violation charge. A parole revocation hearing will be scheduled by an Administrative Court judge. Fleming is being held without bond. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel for the remaining charges. A preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Dec. 28. Bond on these charges is set at $6,000 cash or surety. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Gordon Michael Riendeau made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana-third or subsequent offense charge, a failure to yield to an emergency vehicle charge and a driving while barred charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Dec. 28. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court within 60 days of today’s date.

Riendeau was also seen on a failure to appear for a pre-trial conference on a no insurance charge and a no valid driver’s license charge and for a probation violation. The pre-trial conference is rescheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 26, 2018, in Magistrate Court.

Aron Vaughn is appointed as counsel for the probation violation. A probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by he District Associate Court. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety.

• Zachariah Lewis Dostal made an initial appearance on a simple domestic abuse assault charge. Darrell Meyer is appointed as counsel. A pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 24, 2018, in Magistrate Court. Dostal is released on his promise to appear. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Shonnelle Cuba Holmes made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana-third or subsequent offense charge, a disorderly conduct charge and a driving under suspension charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Dec. 28. Holmes is released with supervision through the Department of Correctional Services and is to report to the adult probation office by 4:30 p.m. today to sign a pre-trial release agreement. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court within 60 days of today’s date.

• Gail Marie Keeler made an initial appearance on a theft-third degree-enhanced charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Jan. 5, 2018. Keeler is released on her promise to appear.

• Jimmy Gustin made an initial appearance on a no insurance charge. After proof of insurance was produced, the court dismissed the charge with $60 in court fees assessed, due within 30 days.

• Heather Davis made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. She pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 24, 2018, in Magistrate Court. Breanna Nelson is appointed as counsel. Davis is released on her promise to appear.

• Colton Lee Arvidson made an initial appearance on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. He pleaded guilty and the fine is $100 with a $35 surcharge, a $125 law enforcement initiative surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $320, due within 30 days.

• Natalie Purdy made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana-second offense charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Jan. 5, 2018. Purdy is released on her promise to appear. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court within 60 days of today’s date.

• Jaing Tianyu made an initial appearance on a speeding charge. He pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 24, 2018, in Magistrate Court.

• Kahlil Yahya made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for a pre-trial conference charge. The pre-trial conference is rescheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 26, 2018, in Magistrate Court.

• Marco Antonio Trevino made an initial appearance on a no proof of vaccination charge. Trevino pleaded guilty and the fine is $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $147.75, due within 30 days.

• Antonio Andrade made an initial appearance on a no insurance charge and a driving under suspension charge. Andrade pleaded guilty to both charges. The fines for both are $250 each with a $87.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $397.50 for each charge, due within 30 days. Andrade is being held on an Immigration and Customs Enforcement hold.
