• On Thursday, Omar Sanchez was cited for loud noises from sirens and tires.

• On Friday, Trevor Slack was arrested for disorderly conduct and public intoxication.

• On Friday, Kiyanna Pushetonequa was arrested for operating under the influence-first offense.

• On Friday, David Ray Singh Jr. was arrested for operating while under the influence-first offense.

• On Thursday, Freddy Enriquez was arrested for driving while license is denied, cancelled, revoked or suspended.

• On Thursday, Jacqueline Guevara was arrested for dogs at large.

• On Thursday, Omar Sanchez was arrested for driving while barred.

Accidents

• On Thursday, a car driven by Wanda Rae Gonzalez, of Toledo, was using the off ramp onto South 18th Avenue when it collided with the rear of a car driven by Tony Steven Engle, of Elkview, W.Va., which was stopped at the stop sign. No injuries were reported. Gonzalez was cited for failure to maintain control. Damage to the Engle car was estimated at $1,800 while the Gonzalez car received an estimated $500 in damage.

• On March 12, a car driven by Ruth Anne Jackson, of Marshalltown, was northbound on South Sixth Street attempting to turn right onto West South Street when the snow-packed road conditions resulted in the Jackson car losing traction and running into the stop sign on the corner. No injuries were reported. Damage to the stop sign was estimated at $200.

• On March 11, a car driven by Theresa Marie Hatch, of Marshalltown, was exiting a parking spot at the Marshalltown Community College dormitory parking area when Hatch hit the gas instead of the brake and struck a legally parked pickup. No injuries were reported. Damage to the pickup was estimated at $3,000 while the Hatch car received an estimated $1,000 in damage.

Friday

• Theron Dale Garcia failed to appear on a failure to maintain control charge, a driving on the wrong side of a two-way road charge and a striking fixtures charge and he was found guilty on all charges. On the failure to maintain control and the driving on the wrong side of the road the fines are $100 with a $35 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $195 for each charge. On the striking fixtures charge the fine is $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $147.75. All payments are due within 30 days.

• Breanna Rivas Sandoval made an initial appearance on a possession of alcohol under the legal age-first offense charge. Rivas Sandoval pleaded guilty and the fine is $200 with a $70 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $330, due within 30 days.

• Marshall Freeman Hooper made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Darrell Meyer is appointed as counsel. A pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9 a.m. on April 26 in Magistrate Court.

• Rhonda Ann Lester made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. A pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9 a.m. on April 26 in Magistrate Court.

• Robin Marie Hagele made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. A pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9 a.m. on April 26 in Magistrate Court.

• Michael Clay Bishop made an initial appearance on two counts of a dog at large charge. Bishop pleaded guilty to both charges and the fine for both was $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $147.75 for each charge, due within 30 days.

• Mac Ezra Twyford made an initial appearance on a speeding charge. Twyford pleaded guilty and the fine is $20 with a $7 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $87, due within 30 days.

• Aquila Sletten made an initial appearance on a speeding charge. A pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9 a.m. on March 29 in Magistrate Court.

• Adela Rangel made an initial appearance on a no insurance-accident charge. Rangel pleaded guilty and the fine is $500 with a $175 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $735, due within 30 days.

• On Thursday, Aaron Christopher Lindsey was arrested on a warrant.

• On Thursday, Scott Allen Groff was arrested on a warrant.

• On Wednesday, Armando Sanchez was arrested on a warrant.

Accidents

• On Monday, a pickup driven by Dan Howard Fisher, of Toledo, was northbound on Highway 330 when it went out of control on the snow-covered roadway and slid onto the inside shoulder where it rolled onto it top and slid down into the median. No injuries were reported. Fisher was cited for no insurance-accident. Damage to the Fisher pickup was estimated at $5,000.
