• Eric Tod Jacobson made an initial appearance on a operating while intoxicated-second offense charge and a open container charge. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on June 23. Jacobson is released on his promise to appear. Conditions of his release include: completing a substance abuse evaluation and submitting it to the court within 30 days and abstaining from alcohol until the conclusion of this case.

• Jose Manuel Mendoza Cisneros made an initial appearance on a interference with official acts charge. He pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9 a.m. on Aug. 9 in Magistrate Court.

• Rachelle Neff made an initial appearance on a failure to obey a stop sign charge. She pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9 a.m. on July 26 in Magistrate Court.

• David Cox made an initial appearance on a leaving the scene of an accident-injury charge. A preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on June 26. Cox is released on his promise to appear.

• Brian Brimson, of Reinbeck, made an initial appearance on a operating while intoxicated-first offense charge, possession of marijuana charge, a possession of drug paraphernalia charge and a failure to maintain control charge. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on June 20. Brimson is released on his promise to appear. The court ordered that Brimson complete a substance abuse evaluation and submit it to the court within 60 days.

• Marcelo Gonzalez made an initial appearance on a dark windows violation charge. He pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9 a.m. on Aug. 2 in Magistrate Court.

• Justin Jesmok made an initial appearance on a failure to use safety belts charge. He pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9 a.m. on Aug. 2 in Magistrate Court.

• Deja Hasselmann made an initial appearance on a failure to use safety belts charge. She pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9 a.m. on Aug. 2 in Magistrate Court.

• Rodrigo Juarez Rubio made an initial appearance on a no valid driver’s license charge. He pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9 a.m. on Aug. 2 in Magistrate Court.

• Asam Tiea Shawish Wienis made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. He pleaded guilty and the fine is $65 with a $22.75 surcharge, a $125 law enforcement initiative surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $272.75, plus restitution and service of warrant fee, due within 30 days.

• Gina Kiris Anthony made an initial appearance on a criminal mischief-fourth degree charge. Christian Stickrod is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on June 16. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety.
