• On Thursday, Gabrielle Louise Taft was cited for fraudulent use of registration and no insurance.

• On Thursday, Gina Anthony was arrested for criminal mischief-fourth degree.
• On Thursday, Deralliac Jeremaine Luckett was arrested for driving while license is denied, cancelled, revoked or suspended.

Accidents
• On Thursday, a vehicle driven by a 16-year-old female from Austin, Minn., was turning left off of Cherry Street onto South Center Street when it collided with a car driven by Sandra Rae Schafer, of Pentwater, Mich., which was traveling south on Center Street. No injuries were reported. The juvenile was cited for failure to yield upon left turn, no insurance and no valid driver’s license. Damage to both vehicles was estimated at $3,500 each.
• On June 4, a car driven by Spencer Ray Dieleman, of Marshalltown, was eastbound on Riverside Street when it struck a legally parked Toyota Tundra and left the scene. No injuries were reported. Dieleman was cited striking unattended vehicle and leaving the scene of an accident. Damage to the Dieleman car was estimated at $4,000 while the Toyota received an estimated $15,000 in damage.

• The Marshalltown Fire Department responded to seven medical assists with the EMS crew to: 303 S. First St., 210 1/2 N. Sixth St., 2605 Fremont St., 707 W. Boone St., 8 W. Webster St., 1606 W. Lincoln Way, and 3202 S. 12th St.
June 3
• The Marshalltown Fire Department responded to a fire at 915 Merle Hibbs Blvd., a false alarm at 101 NewCastle Road, and a medical assist with the EMS crew to 916 May St.
June 2
• The Marshalltown Fire Department responded to a motor vehicle accident with injuries on South Center Street and three medical assists with the EMS crew to: 1400 E. Olive St., 208 N. 14th St., and 112 N. Third St.
June 1
• The Marshalltown Fire Department responded to a building fire at 304 S. 16th Ave., a smoke detector activation-no fire-unintentional at 705 S. Center St., and three medical assists with the EMS crew to: 510 N. 16th St., 507 Highland Drive, and 810 Warren St.
May 31
• The Marshalltown Fire Department responded to two outside rubbish fires on Second Street and at 504 N. Third Ave., two dispatched/cancelled en routes to 2500 S. Center St., and 5 E. Grant St., and six medical assists with the EMS crew to: South Second Street, 3202 S. 12th St., 112 N. First St., 304 Sharon Ave., 5 W. Meadow Lane, and 514 Eastview Road.
May 30
• The Marshalltown Fire Department responded to an unauthorized burning at 517 1/2 N. First St., an outside rubbish fire on South Eighth Avenue and six medical assists with the EMS crew to: 115 W. Southridge Road, 11 W. Grant St., 612 E. Linn St., 308 N. First St., 109 N. 11th St., and 509 Grandview Drive.

• The Marshalltown Fire Department responded to a Hazardous condition at 311 S. Second St., and three medical assists with the EMS crew to: 112 N. First St., 1327 Greenfield Drive, and 402 Woodland St.
