• Amber Jo Pushetonequa made an initial appearance on two counts of a child endangerment charge, an operating while intoxicated charge, a driving under suspension charge, a seat belt violation-child restraint device charge, a no insurance charge and a failure to maintain control charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Jan. 11, 2018. Pushetonequa is released under supervision through the Department of Correctional Services and is to report to the adult probation office by 4 p.m. today to sign a pre-trial release agreement. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court within 60 days.

• Devonte Veshonne Stewart made an initial appearance on a probation violation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Dec. 29. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety.

• Mary Lou Daniel made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge, a providing false identification information charge, a no valid driver’s license charge and a failure to display registration plate charge. Daniel pleaded guilty to the charges and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 24, 2018, in Magistrate Court. Daniel is released on her promise to appear.

• Daniel John Lothe made an initial appearance through counsel, Leon Spies, on a disseminating obscene material to minors charge. The preliminary hearing is waived. Lothe is released on his promise to appear. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Stone Schossow made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. He pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 24, 2018 in Magistrate Court.

• Jake Gorsuch made an initial appearance on a possession of a controlled substance-first offense charge, an unlawful possession of prescription drugs charge and a possession of a fictitious license of form of identification charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Jan. 11, 2018. Gorsuch is released on his promise to appear. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court within 60 days.

• Brandyn Jensen made an initial appearance on a no valid driver’s license charge and a no insurance charge. Jensen pleaded guilty to both charges. On the driver’s license charge the fine is $200 with a $70 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $330. The fine on the no insurance is $250 with a $87.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $397.50. All payments are due within 30 days.

• Samuel Allen Thompson made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana-first offense charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Jan. 11, 2018. Thompson is released on his promise to appear. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court within 60 days.

Arrests

• On Thursday, Dec. 21, Katreena Newhouse, 22, was arrested on a warrant from another county.

• On Thursday, Dec. 21, Amber Pushetonequa, 40, was arrested for two counts of child endangerment-no injury, operating while under the influence, no insurance, failure to secure a child restraint device, driving under suspension and failure to maintain control.

• On Thursday, Dec. 21, Devante Stewart, 25 was arrested on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.

• On Thursday, Dec. 21, Bryon Michael McKinley-Kinshaw, 21, was arrested on a warrant.
