• Yosief Tsegezeab Gebrezghabihir made an initial appearance on two counts of a harassment-third degree charge. The judge entered a not guilty plea as the defendant remained silent. Aron Vaughn was appointed as counsel. A pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on March 7 in Magistrate Court. Bond is set at $350 cash or surety.
