• Rebecca Joan Reeder made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. Christian Stickrod will continue as counsel. The contempt hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Reeder is released on her promise to appear. A new no-contact order is issued for the protected party.

• Raul Rodriguez Gonzalez made an initial appearance on a child endangerment charge and a domestic abuse assault charge. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on March 30. Rodriguez Gonzalez is released on his promise to appear. A no-contact order is issued for the protected party. If he owns or possesses any firearms, Rodriguez Gonzalez is to contact the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office and make arrangements to surrender them.

• Brandon Scott Edwards made an initial appearance on a assault causing serious injury charge. Edwards will hire his own counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on March 30. Edwards is released on his promise to appear. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Gabrielle Ann Harrings made an initial appearance on a harassment-first degree charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on March 30. Bond will continue as posted until the conclusion of this case.

• Teri Jean Frye made an initial appearance on a dog at large charge. Frye pleaded guilty and the fine is $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $147.75 plus a $25 civil penalty assessed. All payments are due within 30 days.

• Jordan Fricke Pickett made an initial appearance on a no valid driver’s license charge. Fricke Pickett pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on April 11 in Magistrate Court.

• Jermaine Archie Oden made an initial appearance on a disorderly conduct charge. Oden pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on April 25 in Magistrate Court.
