• Adam Scott Leiva made an initial appearance on a probation violation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety.

• Allen Lee Roy Schrader made an initial appearance on a possession of methamphetamine charge, a possession of drug paraphernalia charge and a failure to file a written arraignment charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing on the new charges is set at 1 p.m. on July 27. The arraignment hearing will be rescheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $10,000 cash or surety.

• Sean Eric Turnbull made an initial appearance on a possession of a Schedule I controlled substance-third or subsequent offense charge, a possession of a Schedule II controlled substance-third or subsequent offense charge and a possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance-third or subsequent offense charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Aug. 8. Bond will continue as previously posted. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court within 60 days.

• John Curtis Mills made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for a pre-trial conference charge. Mark Olberding will continue as counsel. The pre-trial conference is rescheduled for 1:30 p.m. on Aug. 10. Mills is released with supervision through the Department of Correctional Services and is to report to the adult probation office by 4:30 p.m. on Friday to sign a pre-trial release agreement.

• Lynne Lorayne Roth made an initial appearance on a harassment-third degree charge. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 22 in Magistrate Court. The arraignment hearing will be rescheduled by the District Associate Court. Roth is released on her promise to appear. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

Incidents

• On Wednesday, a burglary to an unoccupied motor vehicle was reported in the 800 block of West Merle Hibbs Boulevard.

• On Wednesday, Lynne Roth, 68, was arrested for harassment-third degree.

• On Wednesday, Raymond Willson, 30, was arrested for harassment-first degree.

• On Wednesday, Adam Leiva, 26, was arrested on a warrant.

• On Wednesday, James Coughenour, 28, was arrested for burglary-third degree.

• On Wednesday, Allen Schrader, 28, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

• On Wednesday, Sean Turnbull, 48, was arrested on a warrant.

• On Wednesday, Brittany Hansen, 22, was arrested for disorderly conduct.

• On Wednesday, Steven Kent, 62, was arrested for disorderly conduct.

• On Thursday, John Mills, 39, was arrested on a warrant.

Incidents

• On Tuesday, two burglary incidents were reported in St. Anthony.

Arrests

• On Thursday, Tyler Bendlage, 28, was arrested for trafficking in stolen weapon used in a crime.

• On Thursday, Lance Walker, 38, was arrested for contempt of court and public intoxication-third or subsequent offense.

Accidents

• On Sunday, a pickup driven by Darrah Dawn Pickard, 26, of Melbourne, was northbound on Ingram Avenue when she looked backwards to check on her child and the wheel dropped off onto the shoulder resulting in the pickup being pulled into the ditch where it rolled onto its top. No injuries were reported. Damage to the Pickard pickup was estimated at $5,000.
