Court — Wednesday

• Zane Aaron Dolash made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge, a no insurance charge, a no registration charge and a probation violation charge. The public defender’s office was appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Dolash pleaded not guilty to the rest of the charges and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 13, 2019, in Magistrate Court. Bond is set at $5,000 cash only.

• Joseph D. Ashby made an initial appearance on a probation violation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $2,000 cash only.

• Allison Marie Haines, of Gilman, made an initial appearance on a operating while under the influence-first offense charge, two counts of a child endangerment charge and a failure to maintain control charge. The public defender’s office was appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set at 1 p.m. on Nov. 26. Haines was released on her promise to appear. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court within 30 days.

• Molly June Gummert made an initial appearance on a serious assault on persons in certain occupations charge and a trespass charge. The public defender’s office was appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set at 1 p.m. on Nov. 16. Bond is set at $1,000 cash only.

• Terese Marie Odin, of Quarry, made an initial appearance on a theft-second degree charge. Odin will hire her own counsel. The preliminary hearing is set at 1 p.m. on Nov. 26. Bond will continue as posted until the conclusion of this case.

• Anthony David Straley, made an initial appearance on a theft-second degree charge. Straley will hire his own counsel. The preliminary hearing is set at 1 p.m. on Nov. 26. Bond will continue as posted until the conclusion of this case.

• Donald Hall made an initial appearance on a a driving while barred charge and an eluding charge. The public defender’s office was appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set at 1 p.m. on Nov. 26. Bond will continue as posted until the conclusion of this case. Hall is released with supervision and is to report to the adult probation office by the end of work Wednesday to sign a pre-trial release agreement.

• John Joseph Hauersperger, of Union, made an initial appearance on a a driving while barred charge, driving under suspension charge, a no insurance charge and a no valid driver’s license charge. Hauersperger will hire his own counsel. The preliminary hearing is set at 1 p.m. on Nov. 26. Hauersperger was released on his promise to appear.

• Henry Almer Larsen II, of Modale, made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge. Larsen pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 30, 2019, in Magistrate Court.

• Karlie Nicole Potter made an initial appearance on a failure to stop in the assured, clear distrance charge. Potter pleaded guilty and the fine is $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $147.75, due by Dec. 31.

• A 17-year-old male made an initial appearance on a speeding charge and a violation of a minor restricted license charge. The juvenile pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 23, 2019, in Magistrate Court.
