Youngsters and their guardians spent part of Tuesday afternoon decorating cookies at the Marshalltown Public Library, as part of its annual Family Holiday Cookie event. Jelly beans, gummy bears, sprinkles, M&Ms, pretzels and more, were offered as garnish. Pictured are twins Quinn and Emerson Eastman, who make this event a yearly tradition. Cookie decorating continues today from 3-5:30 p.m. Pre-registration is suggested. Walk-ins welcome, while supplies last.
