Local law enforcement is asking for the public’s help in locating a Marshalltown man.

In a press release, the Marshalltown Police Department reports that Shane Dean Rose, 40, has warrants for his arrest. Officials said Rose may have shaved the facial hair and added pink streaks to his hair.
