Emergency room outburst leads to arrest

Capt. Brian Batterson of the MPD said Jakub Aaron Wright, 37, was belligerent toward emergency room staff after receiving treatment for a fall. Emergency room staff called police because the defendant was intoxicated. Upon arrival, police found the defendant belligerent and confirmed he was intoxicated.
