A Marshalltown man was arrested by a Marshall County deputy Thursday on a warrant stemming from a raid earlier this year at a local residence.

Christopher John Clark, 43, was charged with a controlled substance violation. Specifically, in possession of 135.13 grams methamphetamine with intent to deliver, a Class B felony.

Additionally, he was charged with failure to affix a drug tax stamp, a Class D felony and a parole violation. He violated parole after being arrested in July in Story County for simple domestic assault and violation of a no contact order.

His preliminary hearing on drug charges is Oct. 29. Bond on the drug charges is $25,000 cash only. He is being held in Marshall County Jail without bond on parole violation.
