Gertrude Anderly, 100
A Catholic Mass and Burial for Gertrude Josephine Anderly, 100 1/2 years old, of Marshalltown, were held on July 16, 2018, at the St. Henry Catholic Church where Father Don Czapla officiated the service. Karen Mroz and Marilyn Spafford performed special music.
Pallbearers were Todd Spickert, Thomas Triplett, Chaz Triplett, David Higgason, Spencer Higgason, and Sawyer Higgason.
Honorary Pallbearers were Dena Triplett, Jodie Higgason, Alexa Baker, Ashley Spickert, Sierra Higgason, Emily Spickert and Emma Triplett. She was laid to rest in the St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Tama, Iowa.
Bickford Cottage staff attended the service.
Mitchell Family Funeral Home was entrusted with the care of Gertrude and her family.
