Hunter Alan Paxson, 19

Hunter Alan Paxson, 19, of Eagle, NE, passed away on August 13, 2018. A memorial service was held, Saturday, August 18 at Faith Missionary Church, Weeping Water, NE.

Hunter was born on September 5,1998, to Chris Paxson and Jessica Peacock. He completed his first year of college and was seeking a doctorate in Psychology. He also worked part-time at GSK. Hunter founded MFAB (Midwest Friends Against Bullying and to date has over 800 members). He worked with several Autism Societies, Anti Bullying Groups and spoke at numerous high schools across the Midwest. He won state in competitive speech in Iowa in 2015 with his speech describing what it was like to live with autism.

He is survived by his father, Chris Paxson, Blair, NE; mother Jessica (Marcus) Hellwege, Eagle, NE; siblings: Bailey and Christina Paxson, grandparents: Ken (Billie) Paxson, South Padre, TX and Carol Paxson, Marshalltown, IA; as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Memorials may be directed to the Autism Foundation.
