One way to the Promised Land
To the letter writer who recently penned a letter to the editor about the Promised Land: I don’t know what Bible you read unless it is written by yourself. My Bible says the only way to the Promised Land or heaven, is by knowing Jesus Christ as your personal savior. Reverend, you can do all the good works you want to do, but if you do not know Jesus as your personal savior you cannot enter the Kingdom of God.
Jesus holds the keys to heaven and according to my Bible, good works will not get you into heaven. I am sorry, Reverend, that you have misinformed so many people.
