Relay for Life this Saturday

Some more details have been released on the schedule for this Saturday’s Marshall County Relay for Life. The event will be held from noon to midnight at the Marshalltown High School track. Here are some more details on the schedule of events and activities.

Relay for Life - June 30 Events

6 p.m. — Opening ceremony 6:15 p.m. — Honorary survivors 6:30 p.m. — Survivor introductions, opening prayer and National Anthem 7 p.m. — Survivor Lap and Caregiver Lap 9:30 p.m. — Luminaries Ceremony 11:30 p.m. — Closing Ceremony, (Team Awards)Closing Prayer – Pastor Kerry Jech

Activities Noon – 7 p.m. —  JBS food, Inflatables, Tailgating games and children’s Games 7:30 – 8:30 p.m. — Face painting 8:30 p.m. — Cupcake Decoration 9:00 – 9:30 — Cornflake Cloggers 10:30 p.m. — Zumba – Letitia Teska
