Cross country skiing event canceled

The Marshall County Conservation Board has canceled its planned cross country skiing event, which was originally scheduled for 1 p.m. at Grimes Farm Saturday, Jan. 12 due to the lack of ideal conditions. Naturalist Diane Hall said they may try to reschedule the event for later in the winter. The Uncle Ike's kids program at 9 a.m. Saturday will still be held, but will be indoors at the conservation center.
