Season finale week
May 24, 2010 - Pam Rodgers
This week is one of the most exciting weeks of television. It is when the creators of our favorite shows try to wow us with a wrap-up episode to the season. Now, depending on the kind of show you watch, it could be drama filled and exciting or funny and enjoyable or maybe a bit of both. Some of my shows had their season finales last week (Grey’s Anatomy and Castle), but tonight is my most anticipated night of TV of the year.
I will start with Dancing with the Stars. My favorite three dancers this year have made it into the finale, and it could make for a night of Dancing history. I am so excited to see my favorite couples shake on the dance floor for one night.
My most anticipated finale is Chuck. It has been renewed for a fourth season (Thank you NBC for doing the right thing!) and that could mean a very big cliffhanger at the end. Last week’s episode sure set-up some exciting possibilities for tonight’s two hour finale.
Big Bang Theory is also one I have been looking forward too. While not the show stopping intensity of a drama, it will be fun to see where the writers leave our favorite nerds to set-up for next season.
Now for Tuesday, NCIS will be in top form as we come to the conclusion of a very twisty story involving everyone’s favorite agent, Gibbs. I hope the creators can out-do their previous finales with an exciting cliffhanger that will make you want next season to come as soon as possible.
NCIS: Los Angeles should have a good season ender to a stellar first year. I am very much looking forward to what the writers can come up with to top off the year.
Bring on the finales!!
