Small town hopping

My work has led me to do some small town hopping in the area throughout the past week. Some towns such as Conrad, New Providence and State Center were my destinations for stories, while some like Albion, Liscomb and Union I just drove through this time.

Speaking of Union, does anyone else love the spot just east of that town where the Iowa River runs through a tree-lined area. You drive and one side are rolling hills and the other side is the river. Something about that area is scenic to me and I look forward to it when I'm driving to Union.
