Rainy enough for you?

When does summer feel like spring? When we get rain just about every day for two straight weeks. Yep, it’s been that sort of start to the summer. If you’re not waking up to thunder and showers, you are going to bed to them. I can’t remember when the last time I walked on dry dirt was. It seems mud and puddles are a way of life lately. It’s almost not worth it to style your hair in the morning — it’s only going to end up in a matted mess from the rain. Here’s hoping a big dry spell occurs for the farmers and for those who want to enjoy the upcoming BBQ championships and Gladbrook Corn Carnival.
