She joins sisters, Alyssa (12), Bryanna (10) and Caitlyn (8). Grandparents are Bob Wenner and JoAnn Naumann, both of Marshalltown. Great-grandmother is Joan Lindahl of Vinton.

• On May 4, an employee with Home Rental, 603 S. 6th St., reported the theft of a 14” demo saw and 150 pounds of scrap aluminum trailer framework from 404 E. State St. Estimated value of loss was $745.
• On May 3, an employee with Alliant Energy, 1911 E. Anson St., reported damage to a chain link fence at 807 E. Main St., and the theft of four 150’ copper cables and an unknown amount of smaller hand coils. Estimated value of loss was $5100.
• On May 3, Nicole Rae Koenigs, Garwin, reported the theft of cash and a rubber mallet from a minivan while parked at the Marshall Town Center, 2500 S. Center St. Estimated value of loss was $270.
• On May 3, Brent Hemmie, 306 Melody Lane Apt. #2, reported damage to a entry door and the theft of two laptop computers and cash. Estimated value of loss was $1400.

Accidents
• On May 2, a vehicle driven by Vari Lyn Nelson, Bettendorf, was backing up in a parking lot to avoid a non-contact vehicle that was also backing up when it collided with a car driven by Jose Antonio Carrillo, 112 E. Webster St., which was also in the parking lot. No injuries were reported. Damage to the Carrillo car was estimated at $1000.
• On May 2, a car driven by Joseph Alexander Gilchrist, Toledo, was westbound on Merle Hibbs Boulevard attempting a left hand turn at the intersection with Highway 14 when it collided with a vehicle driven by Michael Lee Groh, Tama, which was travelling east through the intersection. No injuries were reported. Gilchrist was cited for failure to yield upon left turn. Damage to the Gilchrist car was estimated at $100 while the Groh vehicle received an estimated $2000 in damage.
• On May 2, a car driven by Allison Kay Playle-Stewart, 1905 Bailey Dr., was travelling south on Highway 14 approaching the intersection with Ingledue Street when it collided with the rear of a minivan driven by Norman Keith Seymour, Tama, which was stopped behind two other stopped vehicles. No injuries were reported. Damage to the Playle-Stewart car was estimated at $2000 while the Seymour minivan received an estimated $500 in damage.
• On April 28, a car driven by Donna Jean Hodgson, Nevada, and a semi driven by Forrest Lymon Olcott, Polk City, were both southbound on Highway 14 approaching the intersection with Swayze Street when a collision occurred. No injuries were reported. Damage to the Hodgson car was estimated at $1200 while the Olcott semi received an estimated $1500 in damage.
