Shirley Kunkel, 74, of Marshalltown, died Oct. 10, 2008, at Marshalltown Medical & Surgical Center.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Henry Catholic Church, with Fr. Don Czapla as celebrant. She will be laid to rest in St. Joseph Cemetery at Rhodes. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Mitchell Family Funeral Home, with a 7 p.m. vigil service. Mitchell Family Funeral Home is caring for Shirley and her family.
