One teen-ager was killed and two others injured in a vehicle accident Thursday in Grundy County.
Leo Barten, 17, of Conrad died as a result of the accident. He was a passenger in the vehicle.
The driver, Tyler Smith, 16, of Conrad, and another passenger Austin Smitherman, 16, of Beaman, were transported to the Marshalltown Medical & Surgical Center.
Their conditions are unknown at this time.
