Audrey Boleyn has been quite the mentor for a fellow student in her fourth grade class at Hoglan Elementary School. Boleyn, 9, realized the student is still learning English and is willing to help her out.
"Audrey has kind of taken her under her wing and they have bonded," said Hoglan teacher Gena Graglia. "She is definitely an open hearted student."
Boleyn said helping others comes naturally for her.
"Helping others fells like it's really right to me," Boleyn said.
Graglia said Boleyn is also a good reader in class and reads with expression.
"I just like all different kinds of books," Boleyn said. "Some of them have interesting stuff in them."
