At the age of 12, Zach Kluver shows remarkable maturity when it comes to setting goals then working hard to achieve them.

The Lenihan Intermediate School sixth grader has made quite an impression on his teacher, Julie Finch.

"He just sets goals and he works very, very hard to reach them," Finch said. "He's a hard worker with a great attitude."

Kluver already has a goal to reach college, which he seems focused on.

"You have to get a good education to go to college and to learn new things," Kluver said.

Aside from thinking about his own future, Kluver is also thinking about others in his classroom, according to his teacher.

"He's just very helpful," Finch said.
