Courthouse bomb hearing pushed back

The man accused of calling in a bomb threat to the Marshall County Courthouse in Sept. 2011 had his competency hearing pushed back.

Richard Casali, 35, faces a false reports charge, a Class D felony. However, his attorney claims a pyshicatric evaluation of Casali shows he suffers from a mental condition that would prevent him from understanding the proceedings.
