A woman who pleaded guilty to neglect of a dependent and child endangerment without injury will be on probation for five years.
Kristen Hernandez, 24, pleaded guilty to the two charges, an aggravated misdemeanor and Class C felony, in June. She was sentenced Monday afternoon.
Hernandez left her two children unattended for several hours in November 2011, resulting in the death of her 18-month-old daughter, Destiny.
