Mario Ortega, 14, of Marshalltown, died Friday, September 14, 2012, at Taylor House Hospice in Des Moines, Iowa. A celebration of Mario's life will be held at 1:30 p.m., Thursday, September 20, 2012, at the Mitchell Family Funeral Home in Marshalltown. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 19, 2012, at the Mitchell Family Funeral Home. A private family burial will follow services.
