Kyler Ladehoff scored two touchdowns and Cale Friest had eight solo tackles on defense but the Marshalltown sophomore football team lost to Ottumwa on Thursday, 25-19.
Joe Rebik also scored a touchdown for the Bobcats.
Last stag event for Legion golfers
The Marshalltown Men's Golf Association will hold its last stag of the season on Wednesday at the American Legion Golf Course for golfers teeing off no later than 4:30 p.m.
The format is a two-man best shot using the red, white and blue tees.
