Vera M. Jones, 89, a resident of the Iowa Veterans Home, died there Saturday, September 29, 2012.
Funeral services are pending at Hamilton's Funeral Home in Des Moines. The Mitchell Family Funeral Home was entrusted with local care of Vera and her family.
