Jeffrey Lee Schwandt, 54, of Eldora, died Tuesday, Oct. 16, 2012, at Ellsworth Municipal Hospital in Iowa Falls.
Following cremation a Memorial Service will be held from 10:30 a.m., Friday, Oct. 19 at First Congregational United Church of Christ in Eldora. Visitation will be one hour prior to service. He is survived by his wife, Denise, of Eldora; his mother, Jean Schwandt, of Webster City; his children, Amy (Pete) Lepley, of Eldora, Heather (Kurt) Estes, of Nevada, John (Ali) Helton, of Ames, Austin Hutchins, Catie Leytham, Trent Schwandt, all of Eldora, Teisha (Paul) Hazelwood, of Iowa Falls and Ben Kitner, of Missouri; sisters and brothers, Steven (Gloria) Schwandt, of Webster City, Diana ( Mike) Waltarmen, of Williams, Doug (Robin) Schwandt, of Mt. Ayr and Elaine (Jason) Risius, of Webster City; and eight grandchildren.
