In a Letter to the Editor which appeared Oct. 6, by Anne Michael, Tama, Michael misstated Steve Sodders had been endorsed by Alliant Energy and the Rural Electric Coops.
Having been an employee of Alliant Energy, I knew they did not endorse any political candidates. To be sure I contacted Alliant Energy and the Rural Electric Coops with both companies assuring me they did not endorse any political candidates, never had. Of the ten or eleven claims of endorsement, one wonders how many more were false.
