Marshalltown Police have charged the driver in the deadly crash near Linn Creek.
Armando Garcia Chavarria, 22, was arrested Tuesday with two counts of vehicular homicide, a Class B Felony, as well serious injury by vehicle, a Class D Felony.
Two people were killed in the crash, including a four-month-old infant, Dylan Quiros and Chendo Quezada, 20. Four others were injured.
Chavarria is being held on $100,000 cash only bond at the Marshall County Jail.
