Paramedics flew a pedestrian to a trauma center after a train struck him just before 5 a.m. Wednesday.
The man was apparently trapped under the train's engine when police arrived on scene on the train tracks near the Center Street viaduct.
Until family notifications have been made, police will not release the man's name or condition. Read tomorrow's T-R for more details.
