Arrests
On Feb. 5, Chelsea Anne Kerr, of Laurel, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, open container, failure to prove security against liability and theft-fifth degree.
On Feb. 4, Christine Shaun Oetker, 403 1/2 N. 2nd Ave., and The Half-way House, was arrested for violation of parole.
