Jessica Ann Hartwig, of Melbourne, made an initial appearance on a probation violation charge. The public defender's office was appointed to handle her case. The probation revocation hearing is set for March 6 at 11 a.m. Hartwig was released on her own recognizance.

Michael Leslie Anthony, 210 S. 5th St., made an initial appearance on a theft-second degree charge. The public defender's office was appointed to handle his case. The preliminary hearing is set for 1 p.m. on March 8. Anthony was released on his own recognizance.

Kelly Lynette Anthony, 210 S. 5th St., made an initial appearance on a theft-second degree charge. The public defender's office was appointed to handle her case. The preliminary hearing is set for 1 p.m. on March 8. Anthony was released on her own recognizance.

Aung Ti Lat, 807 Woodbury St., made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge. He pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is set for 9 a.m. on March 26 in Magistrate Court. Lat was released on his own recognizance.

Gerald Richard Van Noller, address unknown, made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension-warrant for failure to appear charge and a no-contact order violation charge. On the driving under suspension charge he pleaded guilty and was fined $250 with a $87.50 surcharge and $87 in court costs for a total of $424.50, due immediately. The court allowed for monthly installment payments of $100 beginning March 15 until the debt is paid. The court appointed Jennifer Meyer to represent Van Noller on the violation of the no-contact order charge. The contempt hearing is set for 2 p.m. on March 1. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety. The court ordered that if Van Noller owned or possessed any firearms or ammunition he is to contact the Marshall County Sheriff's Office within 24 hours after release and make arrangements to surrender them. A no-contact order was issued for the protected party.

Brock Buck, address unknown, made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order charge. The case was transferred to District Court for scheduling as their docket permits. Buck was released on his own recognizance. A no-contact order was issued for the protected party.

Brady James Black, address unknown, made an initial appearance on a simple domestic assault charge. The court appointed Michael Marquess to represent him in this case. A pre-trial conference is set for 9 a.m. on March 26 in Magistrate Court. Black was released on his own recognizance. A no-contact order was issued for the protected party.

Jessica Bryant, address unknown, made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge, a tinted windows charge, a no insurance charge and a operation without registration charge. She pleaded guilty to all charges. On the driving under suspension charge and the no insurance charge the fines were $250 with a $87.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $397.50, each, due immediately. The fines on the tinted windows and operation without registration charges were $50 with a $17.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $127.50, each, due immediately.

Michael Williams, address unknown, made an initial appearance on a speeding charge. Williams refused to enter a plea and the court set his next court date for March 4 at 9 a.m.

Kevin Gettemy, address unknown, made an initial appearance on a failure to have a valid driver's license charge, an operation without registration charge, an operation of a non-registered vehicle charge and a no valid driver's license charge. The operation of a non-registered vehicle fine was already paid. He pleaded not guilty to all other charges and a pre-trial conference is set for 9 a.m. on March 26.

Soledad Renderos, address unknown, made an initial appearance on a unlawful passing of a school bus charge. He pleaded guilty and was fined $100 with a $35 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $195, due immediately.
