The Linn Creek Arts Festival will return July 21. The Linn Creek Arts Festival is a juried show featuring artists from around Iowa and the Midwest, along with food, wine, children's activities and music from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Fisher Community Center.
In 2012, the Linn Creek Arts Festival entertained more than 3,000 visitors with 60 artists, three stages of entertainment, beer, wine and food vendors and fun children's events.
The festival committee is working tirelessly to finalize plans for the 2013 festival and make it bigger and better than before.

"The goal this year of the 2013 Linn Creek Art Festival is to continue to expand the number of artists, authors and entertainers we have present in order to give to the community a sense of a big-city art festival in small-town Iowa," said Brittany Mangan, festival co-chair.
Mangan and Paige Scott are steering the festival committee for 2013.
"We'll be expanding upon the arts this year and are moving forward with online recruitment of artists, as well as improving upon our current web-based marketing to enable us to reach out to a larger number of individuals," Scott said.
