CEDAR FALLS - The Northern Iowa men's basketball team has accepted a bid to play in the 2013 CollegeInsider.com Tournament (CIT) for the second time in three years.
The Panthers (18-14) will host North Dakota (16-16) on Tuesday night at 7 p.m. in the McLeod Center in Cedar Falls.
UNI head coach Ben Jacobson is a North Dakota graduate.
This marks the Panthers' fifth consecutive postseason appearance.
Northern Iowa advanced to the quarterfinals of the CIT in 2011 after defeating Rider in the opening round.
