Booth's message sets the tone for a day centered on career exploration for high school students. MCC, in cooperation with at least 10 area high school counselors and multiple businesses, welcomes students to learn about employment options for their future by hearing from the experts - professionals from a variety of vocations within the community. The MCC Career Expo is sponsored by Emerson Process Management of Marshalltown.

Booth is an "attitude expert." He's an engaging speaker who encourages people to chase their dreams. Booth is direct, thought-provoking and inspiring. In order to achieve personal satisfaction and professional success, Booth's philosophy is simple: You must be yourself and improve yourself.
