Incidents

On March 31, Desiree Ann Zeman, of Gilman, reported the theft of a Sony X-Plode and a Jensen subwoofer from a vehicle parked at her residence. Estimated value of loss was $300.

On March 31, Kimberly Raylene Mercer, of Albion, reported the theft of a Dodge Neon while parked at her residence. Estimated value of loss was $4,000.

On March 30, Lisa Michelle Cross, of Gilman, reported the theft of two mini-Mag lights, a rechargeable spot light and a pocket knife from her residence. Estimated value of loss was $120.

Arrests

On March 30, Joseph Ross King, of Toledo, was arrested for criminal trespassing.

On March 30, Erica Lynn Velez, 204 N. 7th Ave., was arrested for violation of pre-trial release.

On March 28, John Lester Debolt, of Carroll, was arrested for operating while intoxicated-first offense, driving on the wrong side of a two-way highway and carrying weapons.

On March 28, Gilbert Soledad Alvarado, 511 N. Center St., was arrested for child endangerment, serious domestic assault, burglary-first degree, serious assault and criminal mischief-second degree.

On March 27, Rachelle Lynne Mann, 112 N. 3rd St., was arrested for two counts of theft-fifth degree.

On March 26, Adam Scott Leiva, 11 1/2 S. 3rd St., was arrested for driving while barred.

On March 26, Sean Douglas Switzer, 703 S. 12th Ave. Apt. #2, was arrested for parole violation.

On March 26, Pamela Kay Wilson, of Washington, was arrested for violation of a no-contact order.

On March 25, Derick Gaylord Bear, 312 N. 8th Ave., was arrested for possession of marijuana.

On March 25, Thaddeus Joseph Graves, 1708 Summit St., was arrested for pre-trial violation.

On March 24, Amber Renee French, of Laurel, was arrested for operating while intoxicated-first offense.

On March 23, Jonathan Richard Jennings, of Melbourne, was arrested for serious domestic assault.

On March 21, Robert Tyler Woodard, of Des Moines, was arrested for violation of probation.

March 24

The Marshalltown Fire Department responded to a medical assist with the EMS crew to 2 Edgeland Dr.

March 25

The Marshalltown Fire Department responded to a rescue at 330 Harrison Dr., a call to 413 Nicholas Dr., and five medical assists with the EMS crew to: 410 Nicholas Dr., 402 N. 10th Ave., 103 N. 16th St., 909 Prairie Lane, and 2907 S. 6th St.

March 26

The Marshalltown Fire Department responded to two medical assists with the EMS crew to 2500 S. Center St., and 501 N. 3rd Ave.

March 27

The Marshalltown Fire Department responded to two rescue calls to 3120 S. 2nd St., and 1201 S. 12th St., and a medical assist with the EMS crew to 303 S. 3rd St.

Marshalltown Police Department

Incidents

On April 2, Stephanie Lissette Rodriguez, 1408 Woodbury St., reported damage to a rear window on a 1999 Kia Sephia while parked at her residence. Estimated value of damage was $400.

Citations

On April 4, Nathaniel David Copsey, of Toledo, was cited for theft-fifth degree from Walmart.

On April 2, Henry George Cowger, 706 E. Anson St. Apt. #1, was cited for rabies vaccination violation.

On April 1, Waus Ruby Kapayou, of Tama, was cited for person in a bar under the legal age limit.

On April 1, Esther Buenrostros, 208 N. 13th Ave., was cited for criminal mischief-fourth degree.

Arrests

On April 4, Ainu Jones, 606 E. State St., was arrested for interference with official acts and theft-third degree-enhanced.
