Cheryl Quist, 118 S. 10th St., made an initial appearance on a rabies vaccination violation and a dog at large charge. She pleaded guilty and was fined $90 with a $22.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $172.75, due within 30 days of today's date.

Bobbie Smith, address unknown, made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge. He pleaded guilty and was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $147.75, due within 30 days of today's date.

Jaime Oliveros Alcantar, 703 Ratcliffe Dr., made an initial appearance on a disorderly conduct charge. He pleaded guilty and was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $147.75. The court allowed for monthly installment payments of $50 beginning June 26 until the debt is paid.

Kisha Amundson, 702 1/2 W. Main St. Apt. B, made an initial appearance on a disorderly conduct charge. She pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is set for 9 a.m. on July 9 in Magistrate Court. Amundson was released on her own recognizance.

Dakota Hampton, 505 Marion St., made an initial appearance on a burglary-third degree charge, a theft-fifth degree charge and a criminal mischief-fifth degree charge. The public defender's office was appointed to handle his cases. The preliminary hearing is set for 1 p.m. on June 17. Hampton was released through the Department of Correctional Services and is to report to the adult probation office within 24 hours of release to sign a pre-trial release form.

Tyson Hinders, address unknown, made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. He pleaded guilty and was fined $250 with a $87.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $397.50, due within 30 days of today's date.

Narissa Jo Banks, 207 N. 13th St., made an initial appearance on a simple assault charge. She pleaded guilty and was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $147.75, due within 30 days of today's date. A no-contact order was issued for the protected party.

Geoffrey Thayer Owens, address unknown, made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for a sentencing hearing. The sentencing hearing will be rescheduled by the District Court as its docket permits. Scott Hunter will continue representation in this case. Owens was ordered held without bond.

Martin James Bartlett, 305 N. Third Ave., made an initial appearance on a violation of probation. A scheduling hearing is set for 1 p.m. today. Barry Kaplan will represent Bartlett before the court. Bond is set at $10,000 cash or surety. If bond is made Bartlett is released through the Department of Correctional Services.

Ward Matthew Duffy, 209 S. Fourth Ave. Apt. #1, made an initial appearance on a failure to pay past due court fines and costs charge. The public defender's office was appointed to handle his case. A scheduling hearing is set for 1 p.m. today. Bond is set at $10,000 cash.

Deshaun Cornelius Keeton, address unknown, made an initial appearance on a assault causing bodily injury charge. The public defender's office was appointed to handle his case. A scheduling hearing is set for 1 p.m. today. Bond is set at $1,000 cash only. Should Keeton make bond he is released through the Department of Correctional Services.
