Kelly Smith, center, of State Center and a CIRSI staff member, is shown explaining details about the organization’s new home at 111 E. Linn St. to Rev. Allan Thoreson and spouse Iris Thoreson of Marshalltown Thursday. The organization moved from its previous residence, 1002 S. 12th Ave., where it had been located 25 years.
