Jeremy Dean Davis, address unknown, made an initial appearance on probation violation charge, a second probation violation charge, a pre-trial violation charge and a second pre-trial violation charge. Norma Meade will continue as counsel on these charges. On the first probation violation charge the probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Court as its docket permits. Bond is set at $5,000 cash. The probation revocation hearing on the second charge is yet to be scheduled by the District Court also. Bond is set at $10,000 cash or surety. On the first pre-trial violation charge the District Court will reschedule the jury trial as its docket permits. Bond is set at $10,000 cash or surety. The second pre-trial violation charge has a pre-trial conference set for 1:30 p.m. Aug. 9 and the jury trial in District Associate Court set for 9 a.m. Aug. 15. Bond is set at $10,000 cash or surety.

Ricky Lee Wages, 2511 Reed Ave., made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault charge. The public defender's office was appointed to represent him in this case. The pre-trial conference is set for 9 a.m. Aug. 27 in Magistrate Court. Wages was released on his own recognizance. The court ordered that if he owned or possessed any firearms or ammunition he is to make arrangements within 24 hours with the Marshall County Sheriff's Office to surrender them. A no-contact order was issued for the protected party.

Tony Adam Harris Jr., address unknown, made an initial appearance on a warrant on a failure to appear on a probation violation charge and a failure to appear on a driving while barred charge. Jenny Wilson-Moore will continue representation in these cases. The probation revocation hearing was rescheduled for 3:15 p.m. Aug. 26. No bond was allowed in this case. The driving while barred charge jury trial was rescheduled for 9 a.m. Aug. 15 with a pre-trial conference at 1:30 p.m. Aug. 9. Bond in this case was $2,000 cash.

Dolphus Coleman, 522 N. First St., made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order charge. The contempt hearing is set for 9:15 a.m. Aug. 2. Jenny Wilson-Moore will continue as counsel for this case. Coleman was released on his own recognizance. The court ordered that if he owned or possessed any firearms or ammunition he is to make arrangements within 24 hours with the Marshall County Sheriff's Office to surrender them. A no-contact order was issued for the protected party.

Andrea Thompson, 308 Plaza Heights Road Apt. #4, made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order charge. Jeffrey Hazen will continue as counsel. The contempt hearing is set for 3:15 p.m. Aug. 2. Thompson was released on her own recognizance. The court ordered that if she owned or possessed any firearms or ammunition she is to contact the Marshall County Sheriff's Office within 24 hours and make arrangements to surrender them. A no-contact order was issued for the protected party.

Juan Lizarde, address unknown, made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. He pleaded guilty and was fined $250 with a $87.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $397.50 due within 30 days of today's date.

Ulises Reyes-Sanchez, address unknown, made an initial appearance on a kennel violation, breeding of dogs violation and a dog at large charge. He pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is set for 9 a.m. Aug. 27 in Magistrate Court.

Jenny Hanson, address unknown, made an initial appearance on a failure to obey a traffic control device charge. She pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is set for 9 a.m. on Aug. 27 in Magistrate Court.

Robert Anthony Ratliff, 1401 S. 17th Ave., made an initial appearance on two counts of probation revocation charges. Probation revocation hearings for both charges was set at 10:30 a.m. Aug. 2. Bond on each charge is set at $2,000 cash.

Jacob Lee Catherwood, 306 N. 15th Ave., made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge. The public defender's office was appointed to handle his case. The preliminary hearing is set for 1 p.m. Aug. 9. Catherwood was released on his own recognizance.

Douglas Ray Parmenter, 108 1/2 S. Fourth St., made an initial appearance on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9 a.m. Sept. 3 in Magistrate Court.

Incidents

On July 16, Brian Jay Samson, of Baxter, reported the theft of farm chemicals from 3010 Ingram Ave., Melbourne. Estimated value of loss was $3,000.

Arrests

On Monday, Marcelo Gonzalez, 1312 W. Church St., was arrested for driving while barred-habitual offender.
