Sam Zoske won his second consecutive Elmwood Country Club Championship and third overall by beating three-time champ Pat Ryan, 2-up, in Sunday's match play finale.
Zoske won 1-up over Jordan Alley in his semifinal match, while Ryan held off Mike Woltjer 2 and 1 in his final-four pairing.
Troy Underhill defeated Clint Schneider 5 and 3 to win the consolation final of the championship flight, while Troy's son Zach Underhill topped David Bursley 4 and 3 for the first flight title.
Other flight winners included Rod Dempewolf, Ken Anderson, Tim Erman and Zach Stahlin. Consolation flight winners were Rob Sandvick, Dennis Zmolek, Don Rhodes, Dennis Drager and Justin Sorensen.
Baccam's 74 is tops at Wandering Creek
Dave Baccam shot a 2-over-par round of 74 to hold off Dao Sorlaesith's 77 to capture the Wandering Creek Golf Course's Club Championship on Aug. 10.
Tim Bell, Roh Uhlenberg and Bob Underhill shared a three-way tie for third place in the scratch division with rounds of 80.
John Schneiderman's net score of 61 won the handicap crown, with Sorlaesith scoring second place again with a net score of 63. Another three-way tie followed in third place, as Doug Weatherman, Donnie Clark and Steve Dunham each carded net rounds of 64.
Lillibridge takes two prizes at ELGA
Julie Lillibridge was the only multiple winner as the Elmwood Ladies Golf Association held a 'Course Prizes' event on July 23. Lillibridge won the closest to the pin prize on No. 6 and the longest drive on No. 8. Other prize winners were Peg Kelly, Chestine Taylor, Terri Craft, Jan Kluck, Estelle Perkins and Jacki Bolar.
