The Associated Press

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. - Memorabilia from the AMC hit television series "Breaking Bad" is scheduled to be auctioned to benefit Albuquerque-area Goodwill stores after the nonprofit helped with production.

Goodwill Industries of New Mexico is holding the event Saturday and will sell props such as mock Drug Enforcement Administration hats and certificates used by the characters from the show, the Albuquerque Journal reported.

The production company donated the memorabilia to Goodwill Industries of New Mexico after the organization allowed "Breaking Bad" to use Goodwill items for some of its scenes, said Shauna O'Cleireachain, the group's chief administration officer.

The series, filmed largely in Albuquerque, ends Sept. 29.

The local Goodwill's staff is still going through the trailer full of items, and O'Cleireachain didn't want to give too much away about what was in the collection from the show.
