On Tuesday, Samantha Ann Howell, of Liscomb, reported cut or scrape damage to the passenger side rearview mirror on a 1995 Buick Le Sabre while parked at 3007 S. Center St. Estimated value of damage was $150.
On Oct. 26, an employee with the Best Western Regency Inn, 3303 S. Center St., reported damage to a hotel room by a guest. Estimated value of damage was $1,590.
On Tuesday, Nathaniel Romone French, address unknown, was cited for littering.
On Wednesday, Gabrielle Sue Keahna, 211 W. Nevada St., was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.
On Wednesday, Elizabeth Marie Padron, 204 E. State St. Apt. #8, was cited for operating while intoxicated and possession of drug paraphernalia.
On Wednesday, a semi driven by Bruce Wakeman, of Ireton, was southbound on Highway 14 at the Marion Street intersection and attempted to turn on Marion when it collided with a minivan driven by David Lynn Weishaubt, 302 E. State St. Apt. #2, which was traveling north on Highway 14. No injuries were reported. Wakeman was cited for failure to yield upon left turn. Damage to the Wakeman semi was estimated at $10,000 while the Weishaubt minivan received an estimated $5,000 in damage.
