Three members of the Iowa Valley Continuing Education Karate Club competed in the national qualifying tournament at ISU: Brian Clark and J.J. Pyle got gold medals in both forms and freesparring and Kevin Powers received a gold medal in freesparring against seven Black Belts in his division.
