David and Judy (Speas) Beane of rural Garwin were married July 19,1964 at the Quaker Heights Chapel, Eldora. They are the parents of Matthew (deceased), Kristin (Andy Sullivan) of Des Moines, Laura (Bryce Freeman) of Columbia, Md., and Wesley of Marshalltown. Their grandchildren include Isabel, Beatrice and Archer Sullivan and Bennett and Clara Freeman. They will be honored at an open house from 2 to 5 p.m. on July 5 at the LeGrand Community Center, 206 N. Vine, Le Grand.
